[Listen to Finnish National Anthem]

From Tallinn, I took a day trip across the Gulf of Finland to Helsinki, a 90-minute catamaran ride on the Linda Line Express. Tallinn is considered an unofficial suburb of Helsinki, and it's where many Finns go for the weekend. Most return with cases of Saku beer.

While in Helsinki, I saw the Senate square, Opera House, 1952 Olympic venues, and the president's house. She lives there with her husband and two cats. After returning to Tallinn, my Baltic tour continued in Latvia.
